FACILITY MANAGEMENT

  • Yellow Tree Services is part of Yellow Tree Group and is the vertically integrated service provider for facility and property management activities across all commercial real estate owned by the Group. The company caters to commercial offices by offering comprehensive solutions that range from facility management, cleaning, catering, security and maintenance. 

  • Tenant satisfaction is one of the most important pillars of success within Yellow Tree Group. Through good facility management we ensure continuity of each company’s rental income and preserve the real estate’s property value.

  • Day-to-day maintenance such as cleaning and security services are overseen by our designated building managers that also coordinate the in-house team of technicians dedicated to each asset. Our building managers are at the same time the ones conducting regular inspections to ensure that both dedicated staff as well as tenants meet all compliance requirements and legal obligations.

Legal 

The team covers all legal aspects of each SPV ranging from corporate and statutory affairs to debt recovery and litigation management.
