
The Board of Directors of Yellow Tree Group functions autonomously in overseeing the company and the Group’s operations. The Board’s key purpose is to ensure the company’s and the Group’s prosperity by collectively directing the Group’s affairs, whilst simultaneously meeting the appropriate interests of its shareholders and stakeholders.

Over the course of his career, Carl has been involved in the design, supervision and execution of many residential and commercial projects in Gibraltar and the United Kingdom, altogether encompassing over 500 residential units, 20,000 sq.m. of office space and 50,000 sq.m. of commercial space. His experience includes several high-rise apartment blocks, modern office buildings, semi-detached housing estates, a superstore for the largest British supermarket chain, a purpose-built store for the largest global fast food chain, and various mix-use developments.
Carl has also built a number of successful companies through his career across diverse sectors including real estate, maritime salvage, waste management, and public transportation.

Christian has a key pivotal role in coordination of finance, operations and risk. His function is to ensure a stable operational platform, be accountable to stakeholders perform adequate investment appraisal in line with the strategy of the Group.

Edgar served as treasurer and later as president of the Gibraltar Accountants Society between 1995 and 2007. He was on the Society’s tax committee from 2002 until 2009 when he stepped down after being asked by the Gibraltar Government to assist in the drafting of the Income Tax Act 2010. Later that same year he was asked by the Government to conduct a similar review of the bankruptcy and insolvency rules in Gibraltar which led to the new Insolvency Act 2011.
He has served as financial advisor to the Gibraltar Government on a number of occasions and has sat on a number of Authorities and sub-committees, including the Auditors Registration Board, the Finance Centre Council, the Gibraltar Deposit Guarantee Board, the Gibraltar Health Authority and the Gibraltar Port Authority.
Between 2012 and 2018 he served on the board of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission of which he was chairman of the risk and audit committee.
Edgar is currently a member of the board of the Gibraltar Police Authority, and honorary treasurer of the Gibraltar Red Cross and the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club.
