Lili Halay, a holder of a degree in International Relations and Middle East Studies, initially held diverse roles in the Public sector, from which she gained a broad range of experience and expertise. 

Lili has subsequently leveraged her past experience in prominent commercial and governance positions within the private sector and, since her move to Gibraltar a few years ago, has established herself as a skilled operator in the local real estate market, successfully leading and completing multiple real estate transactions.
