She provides the Board with a disciplined and commercially pragmatic approach to governance and financial oversight, together with vast experience in relationship management, operational controls, and strategic coordination.

Tracey is responsible for the Group’s global banking relationships and brings extensive cross-border banking and risk management experience to the Board.
