With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Flavio Di Mattei has successfully led projects across office, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors. He holds a degree in Building Engineering and Architecture along with a Master’s in Project Management from Luiss Business School in Rome.

Throughout his career, he has held project management roles and gained valuable international experience as Head of Procurement for Italy, Spain, and Portugal, strengthening his expertise in vendor management and strategic sourcing.

As Senior Construction Project Manager at Yellow Tree, he is responsible for ensuring that every development is delivered with the right partners, on schedule, within budget, and to the high-quality standards that define the Group.
