He oversees financial control and reporting for SPV, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining financial integrity. Vasilis holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Plymouth University and is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA). 

His expertise in financial management and global compliance is instrumental in maintaining the company's high standards of financial reporting and operational efficiency.
