Carolina brings two decades of international experience in financial leadership across global financial services, investment and asset management firms. Prior to joining Yellow Tree, she served as Group CFO of Resolute Asset Management Group, following earlier roles at PwC, Deloitte and HSBC in London.

Her experience spans financial strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, liquidity and cash flow management, governance and organisational transformation.

She brings strong strategic and commercial expertise, with a track record of working across complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations and partnering with senior management and boards to strengthen financial performance and support sustainable growth.
